1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dospilište website, web application and related services (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Dospilište ("we", "us", "our"), with a registered contact address at Corn Street 134, EC3M 4AJ Edinburgh, United Kingdom. 2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from doing so under the laws of the United Kingdom or any other jurisdiction that applies to you. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date.

3. Nature of the Service

The Platform provides market tracking for digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, AI-assisted market analysis, configurable automated trading bots and risk management controls. Unless we expressly state otherwise, the Platform is a software tool. We do not provide personal investment advice, we do not act as your investment manager, and we do not guarantee any level of return, profit or performance.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys and any two-factor authentication devices, and for all activity carried out through your account. You must notify us without undue delay at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in breach of these Terms, for fraud, or to threaten the security or integrity of the Platform.

5. Automated trading and your responsibilities

Automated trading bots act on settings that you choose or approve. You remain solely responsible for configuring them, for monitoring their activity, and for any orders placed under your account. Risk management controls, such as stop limits and position caps, reduce but do not eliminate the risk of loss. Technical faults, connectivity issues, exchange outages and market gaps may prevent controls from operating as expected.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, market manipulation or sanctions evasion;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' accounts or third-party services;
• copy, reverse engineer, scrape or resell any part of the Platform except as permitted by law;
• introduce malware, or interfere with the performance, availability or security of the Platform;
• misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation.

7. Fees

Any subscription fees, performance fees or third-party charges applicable to your use of the Platform will be displayed before you confirm a purchase or activate a feature. Prices are stated in the currency shown and may include applicable taxes. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a service period has begun, subject to your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks (including the Dospilište name and logo), text and analytical models, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Third-party services

The Platform connects to third-party exchanges, data providers and payment processors. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, terms or conduct. Your separate agreements with those providers continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Digital asset prices are highly volatile, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Nothing on the Platform is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English, Scottish, Welsh or Northern Irish law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or trading losses arising from market movements or from your decisions. Our total liability to you in connection with the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time through the settings page or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access where you materially breach these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your licence to use the Platform ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers and liability, will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you hold as a consumer in your country of residence.
